Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes. Artistic Innovations is licensed, insured, and bonded.
Is the design consultation really free?
Yes. We visit your home, look at the space, talk through your ideas, and follow up with a written proposal. There's no cost and no obligation.
Who will be working in my home?
Tony LaMantia Jr., our principal, designs and oversees every project personally and is your single point of contact from start to finish. You get his direct number.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the permits your village requires and schedule the inspections.
What's the fastest way to get a ballpark price?
Text a few photos of the space to (708) 655-6128 with a sentence about what you'd like to do. Tony can usually give you a rough range before scheduling a visit.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Western Springs and work throughout Chicago's western suburbs, including La Grange, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Burr Ridge, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Oak Brook, Riverside, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Westchester, and Woodridge. If you're nearby and don't see your town, call and ask.
Do you do small projects?
Yes. Along with full kitchens, bathrooms, and additions, we take on smaller jobs like a mudroom locker, a laundry room, built-in shelving, or wall paneling.
